Instead of all the boring 'circuit' training stuff. The only other reallyhardandcrazytraining was jie jings pt. Now Mr Chens telling us to be leaders and all, and we would have to hit a certain fitness level, and be able to do first aid/camp craft/cpr etc.
There's even a test!
